Pretty!!! I hope mine will be as cute....oh, wait....they are soo cute already!!

Your babies look alot like mine did when they hatched. You will have pretty babies too. I am a little surprised by mine, they all go through that "ugly" stage when they are getting their feathers, but these are alot prettier even going through that ugly fuzzling stage.

I had one that also had the blood, it dried and was fine within a hour or so. There wasn't ALOT of bleeding though.

I think mine would have bled a lot more if I hadn't been in there watching it hatch. It was coming out pretty good. Hopefully, all will be ok.

My Hen is sitting on 4 catdance eggs that are due to hatch on Wednesday. 2 Whites and 2 porcelain. I am so excited

. These will be my first chicks! Yay!

I have a LF girl that lost part of a toe, and looks like she injured her hip too while young. I just got her last week. She is so cute when she comes running. She is laying really well, just started...but so friendly and sweet. She limps quite a bit, so my son suggested we name her Peggy, because she looks like she is walking with a peg. You just watch her, and how she gets around, something will come up.

Ohhh, my last little chick that had the goo and bleeding, now just had a large watery light green poop. Not too water, but large for a baby....and so soon after hatch. I'm really worried about it. I gave it a little drop of poly vi sol...just don't know what to do. Its down is stuck to it and crusty......what can I do? Do I need to separate it? I hope someone is on here at this time of night...
