I think the blue one is a male personally. The comb looks different and he's feathering out slower...?

The splashes don't look liek the blue one in the comb dept.

Would you guys care to see if you can tell their gender by their combs? I could post some pictures.  I know nothing is 100%, but opinions would still be fun!  or is it better to put it in the 'guess the gender' section?

We tried to post with iPad with no avail..
When I tried to do so via, turning on our old
huge computor, which took forever...
Again with no avail!!
They were working on their web site...
So I am sure by now I could do it.. I will have
to down load the ap for my iPhone & do it from
there.. So we hope to post photos in the next
few weeks... Our "girls" are only 8 weeks old...

That would have been my guess. The crest is slower growing too, which I notice in my males.

Peppermint has the girliest beak I've ever seen. Don't write him/her off just yet

Here is a partridge male at about the same age as yours. Maybe a week or two older..

Here he is now. 14 weeks old

Buff partridge girl @ 7 weeks or so

Now - 14 weeks I am certain girl. Way too feminine

Messy chick. I still don't know gender, though it looked male here.
