7 drops per gallon? That doesn't seem right to me.. Sounds like too little. I was using quite a bit more I believe... I will check when I get home. How long does it take for oxine to start showing that it's working for a respiratory fungal infection? I have been nebulizing my girl since monday, doing the 3rd treatment right now. I use the recommended dose, 7 drops to 1 gallon water. I made a gallon on monday and have been using the same one. Is that okay? or does the oxine break down after a while? would it be safe to up the dose at all? Has anyone done this?
I used a mist bottle for plants and mixed it up that way. You should do it more than once a day. I couldn't do it more than twice, as we have work, so he got a treatment in the morning, and again at night. He was in a kennel with a humidifier pointed directly through the grate and a sheet covering the entire thing. That wasn't helping as much as I would have liked, so I started the misting. He showed improvement after a day, and was fully recovered 3 days after that. Finally started to crow again!
