Silkie thread!

Very pretty flock you have there. Mine free range only under adult supervision too many hawks!
We don't have hawks here, at least not like you guys do. Bald Eagles are our only flying predator, and they are not common like your hawks are.

Also, lots of cover for them to run to if there was, and an LGD to help with ground predators.

I do have more. I have 4 cockerels (if you include the sizzles and frizzled silkie), 6 hens and pullets that are old enough to determine gender (3 more that are going to a new home), and I have 7 chicks that are 6 weeks old, 4 that are 9 weeks old, and probably 10 more in the brooder.

This baby looks like mine and I love him and wish I could find more like him. It is a Colombian, it also has nice black feathers in the hackles, hard to get in silkies. Here is a picture of my boy Animal.

So what exactly does columbian mean new to the silkie world just trying to get a breeding program intact before spring any help would be appreciated. I also have 2 white hens 1 while roo 2 partridge( roo?) 1 black hen the columbian in the pic think is roo. and the other one pictured grey something (roo?) too many roos also have 3 grey sizzles 2-rough 1-smooth hens. so what ya thinkin would liketo get more sizzles
