Silkie with loose poop

Hi. I have a 1.5-year-old silkie hen. Ever since I got her she's had mushy brown poop, not formed. Her bottom is always dirty. She eats and drinks just fine. No blood in her poop. I am just wondering is this normal for a silkie? And she is consistently broody. They get kale and chicken scratch for snacks in the morning and evening. She is own layer pellets. Thanks.
