I love them so much!!!! That’s good to hear! Did you breed them yourself or buy them? Hmmmm I live in Alaska. Maybe if I heated their coop……I live in Southern Oregon. It gets very hot and mildly cold/snowy here. Mine have all done pretty well!
MYP has Silked EE, which is where I started! They lay light sky blue eggs. I started breeding to true Ameraucanas for their features and egg color. I’m into the F2’s right now!I love them so much!!!! I don’t suppose you’d be able to ship any hatching eggs to Alaska? I’m already getting some ameraucana hatching eggs (and maybe some silkied ayam cemanis!) so this a really cool project!MYP has Silked EE, which is where I started! They lay light sky blue eggs. The Silked feathering is hard to keep them warm if they get wet (and mine love the mud) so a dry and warm coop would be great!
I definitely could! My flock is NPIP/AI clean. Ive shipped as far as Florida and Pennsylvania, but ai haven’t shipped to Alaska yet. It looks like your state requirements are pretty relaxed.I don’t suppose you’d be able to ship any hatching eggs to Alaska? What’s your favorite color of ameraucanas?
