Silkies 11 1/2 weeks

I am new to chickens and have 3 silkies. I have learned they are hard to sex. Looking only for best guess from you guys with more experience.
1. I am thinking roo

2. I am worried roo but I REALLY want to be pullet as my 4 year old likes this one

3. I think pullet

To me the first two look like boys and the third looks pullet. How old are they? Sorry to disappoint your four-year-old

1 and 2 are cockerels. Number 3 looks like a pullet maybe.

In these pictures they are 11 1/2 weeks. They are now almost 17 weeks. #1 Roo roo is a rooster and can crow but wont when he can see you looking at him! #2 i am 95% sure is rooster but doesnt crow yet. Though Roo Roo is definitely dominant. #3 I pray is a hen. All signs I still think hen but my husband thinks rooster...he better not be right!

I think number 3 is a pullet! Meet Luna soft fluffy tail, no sign of comb or wattles.

"FRIDO" (was supposed to be Frida), on the other hand, has comb and wattles, bigger more feathered feet streamier tail plumage and is a feisty fellow... very vocal, open beak when I hold him...tries to maneuver away from me. 10-12 weeks.

Can't have roosters so he's going to be dads Father's day present!!
