SILKIES! As pets

So I have some baby silkies that are on the way and I want some of them to be indoor as a pet. I know that they can have salmonella so how can I prevent them from carrying it? Also, what are good brands that have diapers? Please help me learn how to make them indoor.

Make sure those silkies have access to the outdoors! Also make sure you do a lot of research chickens are meant to be outside so keeping them inside takes more attention. I've heard of people training their chickens to poop in one spot but there's a ton of chicken diapers on amazon.
