silkies molting

what do silkie look like if they are molting?
do they look half naked like other chickens when they molt?
or do they do a slow gradually molt?

A Silkies appearance when molting, is different than other chickens. They never become completely "naked"......sometimes, it doesn't even look like they're molting, until you see the feathers on the ground everywhere. It's more like a thinning process...
