Silkies- pullet or cockerel?

Most of the advice has been that McNugget (great name, BYW!) is a pullet. What would streamers on a cockerel look like? Are they random long feathers? a ponytail? just off the back? the front? all over? I feel foolish asking such obvious questions, but I genuinely don't know and most of the Google pics don't have enough text to be able to differentiate.
