Meet Perdy....hopefully not a Pongo!

This is the one that had the bleeding toe n I put med on n wrapped for few days. Just took bandage off and she went right back to pecking at it.
Any ideas why? The toe doesn't look broken. Does appear a feather or 2 are missing which could explain the bleeding? She walks just fine on it. Maybe tad bit puffy underneath foot on that toe.
I'm guessing she's a Satin!
What yall think?

I had one chick all the others were pecking on its toe till bleeding point so I had to bandage it and ended up dying it blue with food colouring so the others weren't attracted to it. I thought it may be because of boredem so I let them out into the bigger area and they didn't peck on the little toe anymore as they had lots of things to explore in the bigger area.

She's the orange girl on the right turned out completely normal so nothing was wrong with her toe, just bored chickies I think.

Ok yeah I'm a helicopter mom, in every way lol, as u can tell I'm sure!
So Joey...my oldest cockrel bout 9 months old is intimidating lil Bluey which is only 14 weeks old.
Bluey still acts girlee but I guess Joey knows otherwise lol.
Bluey screams, takes off running through the run, then does the egg layin song (for lack of a better way of saying it).
Will Bluey withstand the pecks he's getting?
Joey and Grayson were hatchmates so worst they ever did was chase each other every morning for bout 20 mins.
Joey always the head dude.
Just my first time with different age boys!
And with Bluey always panting don't want him Killin over!

In my opinion, it usually sounds worse then it actually is. I hear mine screaming and running because someone pecked another but there's no injury, just alot of noise! They are constantly asserting themselves in their flock position and let the others know with a peck or a chase so I've learned not to freak out when I hear them act like that. Only if it turns to full on fighting and blood comes out is when I act. In the case of boys, usually one backs down before there is blood and they get along ok.

where does everyone buy their adult Silkie and how much does it usually cost to ship and adult trio?

It would probably be easiest to find a local breeder, most aren’t shipping due to the heat right now. I was just looking at some started pullets and shipping was about $200

We sat down to eat and my DH said do u hear that!? One of them is getting killed by the other or something in the run!!!
Checked camera and it's Joey sending lil Bluey to the coop! Then Daisy and Lizzy go running and bump into everything they go past!
I mean poor Daisy is so bad she screams if a fly lands on her!!!

I wish they would cooperate for a flock pic! That would be epic! Mostly the two bigger groups stay to their own shade trees, but they’re finally starting to spread out a bit. I’m not super happy with the neighbours roo moving in if they do blend though. He and Roger have been scuffling already, I’d prefer BCM genes in the flock than whatever he is. He’s very docile though, so not all a loss. There are four smaller pens growing out as well.

My Lil Ms Puff Meister laid her first egg yesterday at 23 weeks of age. I'm so tickled.. Here's 3 generations of eggs side by side.. Grandma, Mother, and Puff - daughter/granddaughter.
Top left - Muffins: Grandmother, Top right Turtle Dove: Daughter of Muffins, Lower egg: Puff Meister, Daughter of Turtle Dove by General Lee.
