Big sigh and tears of relief... #6 (out of 8) has hatched! Had a no starter and one late quitter but the remaining babies are here... These are the IBT x LRB babies.. One hatched that is silver and red! Waiting for them to dry so I can move the next (and very last) eggs from that pair into the NR incubator from the backup.

The nearing 9 week old Lil Boy Blue babies were at the Keebler Haberdashery getting new fancy headgear.. Sorry, no cookies this week! Blondie is from my F1 BBO and a Splash Roo.

And a comparison between a full silkie partridge chick and an F1 from LBB and Turtle Dove.. She's done it again!

Did you know Walmart makes chicken houses? And they are free of charge.. Mine love those box houses!

The last two to hatch are just not like the first 4 that hatched... Lil Blondie has undertones of blue.. mostly cream and red like dad. Will be interesting to see how they all feather out.

I'd say the first two are males, the one in the last picture is harder to tell but having more pics of that one's comb may help
