I haven't got birds from ideal but I've got splash silkie chicks from cackle before. They do have bearded silkies if you prefer bearded. :)

Here are the three pullets I kept when I ordered splash silkie chicks from them. I only grew out these three so no knowing how the rest would have turned out as I sold them as chicks. I'd say for hatchery silkies they turned out fairly nice.

They look really good. I'll check out cackle.

We ❤️ our silkies!

I can't put the white roo back in the coop since Bruiser (my black Silkie roo) beat him up pretty badly. Apparently you can't sell animals anymore on Facebook marketplace. Not sure where else to post him... But if I don't find them homes in the next 2 weeks, I will sadly have to cull them. Ugh... This sucks. 😭

Have you tried your state thread? Also Craigslist but that can be a bit sketchy.

I tried the state thread a few months ago. Got no responses...but there aren't many people from Arkansas on here to begin with. I tried NextDoor (similar to Facebook). I did get a response from a lady on there who wanted them both, but after talking to her a few times it became very obvious that she knew next to nothing about chickens and probably shouldn't own any. (She asked me if they laid eggs....). I could try Craigslist but yeah, they are very sketchy around here. I sold an old coop on there several years ago but in the past few years it seems to have downhill where people ask for your address and then ghost you.
