Chick with bloody toe now has other foot with bloody toe 😭 poor thing. Mostly the older chicks going after it picking on it (7 days older). Any suggestions? I have user blue dye on it to cover red blood and it sort of works although the older 3 chicks still go after it 😩 especially one of them!

keep them apart for a few days.

Poor baby :(

I would have suggested this, too. But if it is not possible, because you are afraid Puff and Char will accept the little one no more, I would suggest to put on little 'shoes' out of masking tape like for curled toe. You can carefully trim the masking tape's outlines so the baby can walk without problems. When my little James did have his 'shoe' the others were not interested in it (color was light-yellowish). In the case of your baby the shoe could perhaps cover the wounds from sight?
