Poor baby :(

I would have suggested this, too. But if it is not possible, because you are afraid Puff and Char will accept the little one no more, I would suggest to put on little 'shoes' out of masking tape like for curled toe. You can carefully trim the masking tape's outlines so the baby can walk without problems. When my little James did have his 'shoe' the others were not interested in it (color was light-yellowish). In the case of your baby the shoe could perhaps cover the wounds from sight?
...Or perhaps you could separate the baby with Char in a see-but-don't-touch-enclosure with/next to the others so Puff can see and hear the baby all the time. When the wounds are healed you can integrate them back (I know there is still the possibility of problems with integrating, but I think chances would be a lot better better than if the baby would be in a totally different place for some days)🤔
(Or putting the babies that are pecking the little one with Char)

change in plans. a silkie family (1+3) might arrive tomorrow and I will keep all of them! they will arrive after I send quails to my friend and it is too complicated for me to go another day to athens to send the hens. bad timing sometimes help, lol.
Well that's destiny! (Always a good argument regarding chicken maths :D)
:celebrateCongrats on your Silkie family! I hope they arrive well!

Problem is Char decided to go off now and let Puff take all the chicks so not broody anymore. Otherwise yes that would work to seperate, unfortunately not anymore.
