Back at this thread… it’s been a whole year! There are so many post here.. wow! Great to see such a big silkie lover community!
Btw, @CSolis your red silkies look amazing! I have quite a few colors but I can’t find any, yours look amazing!!

It is my understanding that red Pyle is a highly sought after color in some areas! Babies would likely go really well

I was amazed over the last 3 days. People kept buying out the red and white, orange and white, and calico splash satins before getting any other color. Sold a few blues, but colors seem to sell like hotcakes in spite of not being a 'recognized' color. This gal went on day 2. Now that I know they are red pile, the price goes up. LOL

I can’t take any roos… I have all my silkies get their own coop, my rooster, Kohaku, and hens, Sunny, Peaches, and Brookie, and of course the handicapped favorite, Spice.

Oh my goodness, he’s incredible! I also find the unrecognized colors go quicker and sometimes for the same price as a high quality recognized color, simply bc they’re extremely unique! Mixing colors is truly like buying a box of chocolates. you never know what you’re going to get I just bought a pair of chocolates and I can’t wait to play around with their colors!
