Silkies are the greatest, I just love all of mine.
 
Mine are still young, and their personality has really grown on me. The buff is my roo and the white is my pullet

I agree with everything said about them. They are so adorable & so lovable. One of my favorite breeds.

They are wonderful for children and adults as pets and "incubators." It took some time for them to "grow on me" at first, too, but grow they did!

I have two silkies that just hatched out 10 chicks and one is still trying to hatch some out. My incubator may become obsolete! And they are the Best Mothers to those cute little chickens

I swore I'd never get silkies, but I got my first pair in February and got 2 more in March. I'm hooked!! How can you not love them, they're so cute and fluffy!! Here are my latest 2 babies. These pics were taken in March when we got them. Sweet babies are 6 weeks old now.
