Easter Eggers! I like the blue/green eggs and I’m super turned off by feathered feet for some reason (Sorry, Silkies! If you came in a clean-legged variety I’d get some of you without question!) .

I think silkies are better the Easter Eggers. They are so fluffy and cute and have such personality!

I haver EE's and no silkies so I have to go with EE's. I could be wrong since I do not have them, but I would think silkies would constantly keep poop in the fuzzy legs.

They are messy but I love them. I have 2 Easter Eggers and a lot of silkies!

I like them both, but when my daughter & granddaughter asked for silkies I told them I didn't want a chicken who couldn't see. I figured with all the fluff around their faces it would be hard form them to see where they're going, etc. Plus, I love the colors. One of my EE is all white and another is beautiful like flames of fire (she's called Fireball).
