I bought 3 silkie hens from an auction about 5 or 6 week ago they laid 1 egg for 2 days then for the other 5 week nothing is this normal, ( I live in England so cooler weather )

Congrats! Chickens may not be very steady when they move to a new home- just give it some time, and be on the lookout for any red flags.

Could be the hen is broody. Is she sitting in the nest box a lot? Otherwise, perhaps the stress of relocating is slowing things down a bit.
