My oldest silkie by 3weeks is pecking my other two silkies when ever they go near her or try and get food. What shall I do?

Sorry about your Silkies! It might help to put out more food and water stations. It is common for the head bird to guard these areas for herself and can starve out the others. She can't guard them all, so put out a couple more feeding and watering areas.

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! TwoCrows gave you some good advice. If you just got new birds or just put them together, it does take awhile for them to get the pecking order established.

So sorry about your birds! Bossy hens will hog feeders so, like Two Crows said, you should provide extra feeders and waterers.
 
Hello, I would give out more water and food. Also more space too. If it gets to bad then separate the birds. It is natural for hens to do that though.
