I have silkie mix's does that count? and I have one chick that I need to get a good pic of that I'm wondering if it's purebred silkie. It looks different then the rest of the chicks... Like almost no feathers but is 5 days older then they are. The rest have wing feathers and tail feathers.

I have 4 week old silkies and just love them to death. Glad I went with them instead of something else. I posted pictures of my chicks the other day. My chicks are light and dark partridge chicks and 4 solid white chicks. They are so funny. Enjoy them.

AWW..They are beautiful!!!! Im not exactly sure how old mine are.They were mixs though. Of course I noticed the toes but I still loved them.
Sadly they got attacked by two stray huskies just the other day.Out of four only one lived.He was on the roof and now lonely.Im planning on getting more so that he has a buddy atleast.But they could never replace them.I loved them to death....I will soon upload some pictures hopefully.They were the sweetest and I hope they knew I loved them!! I guess I should beware of the risks.I actually never thought that would happen and Im very glad that I have the few pictures I have.

So sorry to hear you lost your babies to dogs. I have dogs of my own and I'm worried about them also. One of my dogs is good at getting herself out of her kennel and running around. Hope you get your chicks safe and sound and that you have much better luck next time.

I have 3 dogs, 1 very large bordeaux, turner and hooch dog and 2 little dogs. 1 is a boston terrier and 1 is a shih tzu. My big dog is the one that gets out to visit with everyone, she is very sweet just big and scary.

I have a silkie mix that I love so much I ordered 6 more Silkie chicks and they got here today! I'll post pictures tonight
