Little bit of a weird question, but has anyone got any suggestions of duck enrichment/activities for them. We are currently in the process of making a pond but are wondering if they might benefit from other equipment to keep them happy and healthy

Mirrors, hanging CDs, parrot toys, baby toys, jingly balls (cat toy), treat balls (dog toy), pools, pinwheels, and sandpits. Be sure that all of these are safe for the ducks too of course. You can have these outside when they're adults too

Anything shiny and or moving will keep them entertained. We have four ISA Brown chicks that we put in with our two Mallard ducklings at the same time to keep them company, that seemed to keep the ducklings entertained with the chicks doing different things as they grew. No issues in doing so when they were all young and everyone is getting along just fine as they all mature.

Thank you!!
