I feel kind of dumb asking.
I bought some naken neck turken eggs off of someone on here. 10 were viable, 1 died about a week ago. Yesterday was day 21. So far 2 have hatched. One is featherless on it's neck. The other has a lot (but appears to be shedding).

My dumb question......could naked neck chicks have stuff on their neck? Not sure if this happens and it'll shed, or if it's not what it was supposed to be (other than feathers/color they look similar) or if the naked trait can skip?

Whatever it is, it is cute!

I belive that turckens (aka naked niecks) always have the nacked neck I could be wrong but ive seen turckin chicks before and they have always hade the nackede neck.
