Our little lady laid 9 eggs and was nesting perfectly until a windstorm blew all but one egg to the ground...
The lone survivor was not accepted by mom, so not knowing what to do, we put it in a plastic dish basin with some shavings.
I read some info online, and tried my best to keep proper moisture and heat. There is a crack in the small end (not where air sac is) that we misinterpreted as a pip at the start of the week, but no further activity until today.
At the larger end there is oozing today. Its clear/reddish...can anyone tell me if this is a good or bad sign??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
