At 4 months a rooster would have hackle and saddle feathers coming in, plus the coloring gets different in this breed. Males have much more white on the shoulder/wing, and they just really look different. The comb would also be larger, legs thicker and a larger, more upright bird overall. She is rounded, feminine looking.
