Silver Laced Barnevelder Gender

This is my Silver Laced Barnevelder. H/She is 5 weeks old though I'm including pics at 2-3 days old, a week and half old, 3.5 weeks old and 3 from today. I've read they can be hard to sex for quite a long time but from the few things I can gather so far I'm guessing this is a cockerel. Any thoughts? He or she is a super sweet bird so he or she is staying either way if the personality holds once mature.

Its a rooster... Mine is about 11 weeks old now and looks about the same. The striped, not laced, feathers are a pretty good sign. Here's mine...

Yes they do look very much alike! I love our little guy. I hope he stays as sweet as he is as he matures!
