Silver Laced Polish Hen or Rooster

~11 weeks old, believe this is a rooster but a newbie so hoping for confirmation from experts. Happy to answer any q's

Comparatively, here's another Silver-laced Polish, same age, and I believe this would be a hen:

Pretty sure I heard a crow but haven't caught either in the act. THere's other chickens too so it could be neither or both. Thanks in advance!

I do need to offload the roosters (not allowed to keep) so want to catch them before they cause too much trouble but also not overselect

The crest feathers on the second one and the face and all the other feathers on the first one

Caught the first one in the act of crowing this morning, so working on finding a good home for him. Nothing yet from the second
