This farm is in the middle of nowhere, and the nearest farm is over a mountain an hour away, so I doubt it. But it's fun to think up possible scenarios like these. :>)
This is the post I was telling you about, from a different thread:

I don't have pictures but I have info. In case you're not good with genetics I will not get in to all that, but the result would be: Just like a Silver Laced Sebright (comb, feathers and everything) except: instead of white he would be covered in yellow, creamy laced feathers instead of white laced. Hope this helps in any way.
P.S. You can't cross a Sebright X standard Orpington. The size difference is astronomical and they can't breed. However Orpi bantams can be crossed with sebrights.
Another poster responded to the above with: Not true. My Sebright rooster, even though he's a hatchery bird, successfully mated my Australorp hen. I have the pictures of the cockerel to prove it.
My note: My bird does have some yellow creamy almost-laced-looking feathers. But it's his tail that now makes me highly suspect a Bantam father. I need to post the 10-week-old photo, Stormy, so you can see what you think of this theory. I will try to do so today.
