I have a 4 year old sexlink who crows when she wants attention. As a bonus I am still getting beautiful eggs.

That could be fun! I'll keep my fingers crossed, but I gotta say, I've had a feeling like this guy might be rooster since they were a week old. Now his looks are starting to fit the part too...That's alright, though. Like I said, I lucked out in the pullet department, so I can deal with one rooster.

If you look at the updated photos I still think she's a pullet. Her rose comb has not changed color. It's still a peach color, even outside in the heat. Her tail feathers are all even and look like my other pullets. I think everyone was thrown off by her abundance of white at an early age. I see photos of other pullets who were so much darker than here.i was told she has poor lacing but I think as she's feathering out it is improving alot. Thanks for your input.

Hi there, hope you are enjoying BYC!

Definitely a cockerel. Those wattles are quite red. Also poor lacing is more typical of males though I'm not sure I've ever seen it quite that poor before. The comb also does look red to me and not pale pink.
