Definitely a cockerel. Those wattles are quite red. Also poor lacing is more typical of males though I'm not sure I've ever seen it quite that poor before. The comb also does look red to me and not pale pink.

Hi all. I was hoping that one of my new chicks was a hen. She is definately the head peep right now. Her Rose comb is not red and she had small wattles. Does everyone agree?

I'm not too experienced but I do have two silver wayan. hens, and they don't look like that. I think it is a boy.
