They were enjoying Sun. They often sleep laying down or standing.
What could be wrong

If it is acting normal otherwise, I wouldn't worry.
If it looks droopy like that all the time, however, or when the others seem alert and active, I would definitely check up on it.

My guess is most likely Coccidiosis. Watch her droppings. Anything runny or bloody could point to that.

You have gotten some really good information from @Overo Mare .
IMHO. I would follow what she has suggested, she is pretty smart about these things.

Ooh I’m not good with sicknesses but I would guess( long shot) that this is a pulley no red comb or waddles that I can notice.
