I have three chicks that I purchased as Silver Laced Wyandottes

Two have rose comb and the other looks like it does not.
If it does not have a rose comb and is not a SLW what could it be?
I may have a roo in the bunch also. What do you think?

This is the bird that does not look to have a rose comb

So what do you think....Thanks for any help or info.

Sometimes SLW's end up with single combs. They say that some breeders keep an occasional single-combed bird, because their fertility is better. So your bird isn't too uncommon. The one does look like a male, with all the white coming in on its back.

The SLW with a single comb is VERY friendly...loves to be with my son any change she can....These are my first SLW are the friendly by nature....What about the Roos are the very aggressive? They are too funny to watch...

This is a picture of most of the babies having an afternoon in the sun and grass.

He is very handsome....Is he nice?
I have a RIR roo now and he tried to misbehave some when he was becoming a MAN...but he is great now...We just had to remind him who was boss.
