Silver Spangled Hamburg Roo?

Does this look like a developing spur? This is my 34 week old silver spangled hamburg. She (or he) is very lovey, likes to be held, jumps up on my shoulder to ride around while I'm near the coop and talks to me constantly. I was planning to mate her with my frizzle roo and I'm so bummed that she might be a rooster. What do you think?

Looks like a hen to me. My hens all have those spur bumps on their legs, so don't worry.
