Silverlace still sick

My hen has been acting weird for a while now she started with holding her mouth open not eating or drinking now she is drinking but I watched her try to eat after picking her up she is so skinny and light she goes down to peck food but her mouth opens when she does and she can't close it to catch food in her mouth she is fluffed with wings down head scrunched in a bit and mostly just stands around looking bad I used some stuff to treat gapeworms i thought it helped a little but not helping now

I have never had a problem like yours, but if she is unable to eat, I would put her out of her misery. She is probably in a lot of pain. I hope she gets better though.

I thought it might be but treated her the best I could for it and she is still not eating

Ok I will try tomorrow if I can't get her to eat in the next 2 days we will put her down as she is skin and bones and I don't like them suffering

My husband squeezed around on her neck to check for something lodged we looked in her throat something moved around not sure if it was an object or something that was supposed to be there but the next day she started eating I'm watching her now to see if she progresses or continues to decline
