It's pretty much just another gravity feeder, but I haven't seen one exactly like it so I thought I'd share. It has 3 simple parts that sandwich together, no fasteners. The feed stores in the 20 gal galvanized garbage can and funnels out the bottom. The cut down 5 gal bucket acts as a spacer between the two cans, putting the bottom of the metal can just above the holes in the 20 gal Brute plastic garbage can. I knew it was going against the coop wall, so I only put holes around 2/3s its circumference (7/8" in the bucket and 3 1/2" in the plastic garbage can). Thanks for looking.

The bottom of the Brute garbage can has a raised center that is exactly the same size as the bucket piece so it stays in place without any fasteners. This bucket piece fully supports the metal can full of food.

The 3 1/2" in the bottom of the metal can could be widened if I wanted to make sure every last food piece came out as the can empties, but it's working great as is.
