Tomatoes are fine to give chickens people just say they are not good for chickens iv'e given tomatoes for years and had no problem just cut off the top and wash good tomatoes are actuly really good for chickensThanks,Just make sure not to use tomatoes, they have acid in them.![]()

I just call it the Everything Dinner!
Serves 4 chickens
Uncooked Version
1/2 - 1 cup mealworms
1 tomato, cut into small chunks
1/4 cup of cat biscuits (non-chicken) or 1/4 cup of cooked lamb chunks
3-4 tbsp shellgrit if desired
Combine and serve!
Cooked Version
Combine all of the above ingredients.
Beat 4-6 (minimum 4) eggs separately.
Add to the mixture.
Bake until firm/firm and crispy.
Or fry it!
Yummo!
Adjust the amount of ingredients as needed, of course.

Ingredients:
2-3 types of cereal
Grit/oyster shells
Put 2-3 types of cereal on plate.
Add One handful of grit/oyster shells, and mix.
My chickens use this as scratch.
