Simple Coop Design for 4 Chickens with Run

I'm looking for an easy step by step detailed coop design with run for 4 chickens. Students in the carpentry class at the school I teach at will be building a coop for my chickens as part of a project. I need to come up with the design and buy all the supplies. Can anyone help me out with a detailed plan? I want something simple.

Are you looking for a fixed coop design or a tractor style coop/run setup?

Honestly I love the tractor style and fixed coop could work too. I really want something easy and affordable to build. I just really need an insulated design as we have a very cold climate.
