VERY bad photos after an evening photoshoot that was so much of a rodeo that it actually ended with the chick caught in my hair.

But maybe a little more promising to be a pullet this time?

I see clean lacing on the shoulders. Looks like a pullet to me.

That's what I was thinking. Also, the comb is still pretty small.

I'm guessing the redness in the comb was partially caused by the rodeo? :lol: I think it's a pullet!

No, she's doing the Wyandotte early-red thing. It's always like that. But the comb hasn't really gotten any bigger and there's no hinting of male feathering.

Yes and hardly any wattles too. Looking female.
I'm raising some rose comb Wyandottes. They are about 15 wks now but my boy was showing himself really young.

He is blue laced silver. Here they are about 5 wks.

Yeah. Yours are really showing some wattles.

I will be so happy if my 2 surviving SLWs, especially my single-comb, are female.
