Sinus / eye infection? Swollen eyes, dry skin, feather loss

Hi everyone. My bantam started getting white feathers around her eyes and other areas a few weeks ago. Broody as heck for nearly a month…

Then some dry eye and comb skin and feather thinning / loss around eyes. couple of sneezes but rare. No discharge anywhere. Lack of appetite but eats some. all else normal.

today shes got some visible swelling around both eyes and piece of dry skin hanging off

looking on the site here and others experience- I’ve gone ahead and given her a drop of tobramycin 0.3% for eye infection since I’ve got it on hand (mom had cataract surgery in April)

and tomorrow I’ll go look for

ciprofloxacin hydrochloride ophthalmic solution 0.3 or ophthalmic antibiotic ointment

And terramycin (also known as oxytetracycline hydrochloride) powder

Does this seem to be the right course of action?

I’ve seen references to Tylan 50 injectable but doesn’t apply here?

How old is she? Some simple Vaseline around the eyes or coco butter might help her with the skin irritation, or some hydrocortisone creme, looks like she's multing new feathers around the eye mines do this alot.
