Sinus infection?? Can't get rid of swollen pus

Hi ug I'm back this chick has s sinus infection I know I need to remove the cottage cheesey pus ball that is getting harder but even with warm compresses massaging it I can't get it to exit up at the eye ball ( like previous ones) she's on tylan for secondary infections , wash her eye saline twice s day and use eye drops for conguntivitous after I ran out of eye ointment. It's going on 2.5 weeks. I am trying to find vet here Wildomar ca.
I'm afraid I need to cut below it and push puss pocket out like I have seen on castspony thread but I'm scared .

Yes thank you that's it .. I still can't find one here. To me that's really strange . But someone shared one that is about 1.5 away . Guess I'll need to do it .
Any ideas what type she or he is?

Okay so we never got to the vet because there's a family tragedy
I've been working when I could with the chicken doing warm compresses and working the lump looseI and today my son and I were able to pop out that infected bubble cottage cheese lump that I worked loose and now so far she's been fine.
