Your opinion does matter, but you seem against providing specific feedback- a general ''this all sucks'' isn't very helpful, because you're basically saying 'change everything' but you're not saying what you want it to be changed to or what you think should be changedeader would see it ( my openion)as an opportunity to review their practice as opposed to being subjected to the scrutiny of a subordinate.
Leaders should take feedback from their subordinates as an opportunity to improve. Calling members out regarding questions only undermines your leadership in the long run.If we completely changed the design of the site, there would almost certainly be more negative feedback than positive feedback. I also have no idea what would even be changed, because nonspecific complaints (such as yours) don't provide any useful information about what actually should be changed.
I work with computers all day and this site is difficult to navigate. There is nothing intuitive or natural. Maybe time to reconfigure the site to a more modern design and layout? While I realize the more time a person spends here generates the potential for more revenue, but visiting here is so frustrating I rarely visit.
