1) Rosemary Clooney's autobiography, This for Remembrance, came out in 1977, followed by a TV movie based on that book in 1982. Sondra Locke played Rosemary.

2) Sondra Locke was Clint Eastwood's main squeeze at the time.

3) For the movie "Three Kings" Director David O. Russell wanted either Jack Nicholson or Clint Eastwood in the part that eventually went to George Clooney.
