Size difference between ducklings...

We have 3 ducklings that all have mallard/rouen coloring. they were freebies from Cackle so we dont know what they are. ANYWAYS, they were all the same size when they came, and now 2 of them are HUGE (at 8 days old) and one is still TEENY. SO, do I have 2 Rouens and a Mallard?

My rouen is about 9 weeks old now and he is a lot bigger than my 1 1/2 year old runner already. I told hubby he wont be fully grown until next year and he freaked out a bit.

I dont have a recent pic. Problem is, I heard that you can tell what the breed is by the facial stripe...but they all have the same stripes! One side is solid and the other side is not...so thats not helping at all!

Here is a pic of my rouen at about 2 weeks next to a pekin. She (I think) is large now, but so is the pekin! They both grew really fast. Now are about 10 weeks.

Yep you probably have 2 rouens and a mallard.

I already have an adult Rouen hen, but I dont remember what she looked like, those tiny facila stripes just dont stick in the mind... The smaller duckling also has a lighter, pinkish tan area at the tip of his bill...does that mean anything?
