Skin Growing Over Poop On Foot!

Bad news. It wont let me put up pics! But let me try to describe it as much as possible. So, I know almost 100% that its not bumblefoot because its on the verge of falling off. Its just poo, that was there for a very long time. Shes not limping, and everything is fine. I think it should come off sooner, but if it doesnt, what do I do?

Just go slow and gentle, you don't want to tear any of the skin which is probably already irritated. Just keep soaking the foot in warm water as you have been doing to get this far and it should fall off :)

When my buttons get poo balls, I place them in a small hamster cage with a plastic bottom, with a layer of small gravel as substrate. Then I pour warm water on top, till it just covers the stones. Leave the birds there and check on them every 30 minutes. It has never taken more than 1½ hours to get rid of poo balls like that, and I only have to handle the birds when catching them and placing them back in their original cage - zero risk of hurting them.
