Skin inside nostril

Does anyone have any clue what this is? My new silkie chicken has what looks like a nub of skin inside her nostril. It’s completely connected and doesn’t seem to bother her.

If it doesn't seem to bother her, if she isn't sneezing or if it's not leaking fluid, just keep an eye on it.

Recently, I had a Cream Legbar hen with swollen and blocked nares. I used terramycin ointment on them, and the swelling eventually went down. My hen was sneezing, however, since she couldn't breathe through the nares.
