Hi and well done healing your chicken.
Our dogs attacked ours and she had no feathers on her back and neck. A scab formed and after 2 weeks inside i put her back in coop. Other chickens have pecked the scabs off (actually looks better) but I bring her in now as I don't want her to be pecked. How did you reintroduce yours to the others?
Thank you I will try although I have noticed she's holding her own when in the coop - pushing the others aside to get food. I tried to put a cover on the wound - which must have been hilarious to watch but will put her next to coop when weather gets better. Thanks again for your help.
