Skin turning white after IM tylan

I gave my turkey 2 injections of Tylan at his right weight dosage but now his arm is turning white. The rest of his skin is still pink. The last inject was 9/12, will he be OK?

Tylan is corrosive to tissue so it's recommended when giving it by injection, you vary the injection site. Did you do that?

I would use a little hydrocortisone cream on it.

Tylan is normally given in the breast muscle, but most people give it orally to chickens because of potential muscle damage. If you can capture the white skin in a picture, that might be helpful. You could always try a warm wet compress several times a day, if that is possible.
