I'm sorry about AJ. The way we found what was killing our Wyandottes, and others, was to open them up. In the oviducts and abdomen, we found solid, cheesy-looking, layered masses, which meant internal laying/egg peritonitis. Now, we know the signs, especially after losing nine hen to the same darn thing. It's very educational for you if you can do that.
