Yesterday my birds disappeared and I thought they were stuck out in the rain. Found 7 safe out of 11. I kept searching but couldn't find any more, until I heard a shriking noise outside my window and skunk smell wafting in. Grabbed my hen she was hiding in a cabinet. She's limping on one leg and has a ton of feathers missing. I checked her out and can't find any wounds. She is currently in a oversized cat carrier with asprin water and a bit of feed as I had to go to work. Checked on her this morning and she seems to be alright but I'm not sure if she is eating and drinking much or at all. Any suggestions on a better food I should give her as she recovers?
