AHHH!
Silver squeezed her eyes shut and choked back a scream as the last of the foal had come out. She sighed heavily, her eyes momentarily closing in relief. Her head shot up and she immediately turned to see the foal, hoping that he'd pulled through the dangerously prolonged labor.
He laid there, his legs sprawled out awkwardly, breathing shallowly in exhaustion and blinking blearily.
Flip breathed a sigh of relief and moved to lick the foal and push him toward Silver's head.
(Do you want the foal, or is he mine? I'm just playing him until we decide. I don't mind either way, I'm flexible)
Silver caressed his soft, short pelt, the colt's unruly little forelock tickling her nose. He was a sleek yellow dun in the front like his father, with points of slate gray on his joints, slowly blending to ivory and lastly to white on his rump. Contrasting against the white background were little straw-colored spots that were extensively mottled all over his body, fading when they reached his upper body of the same color.
Just imagine that with a more concave face like an arab, and there you go.
